I loved this book! It had great information, very easy to read and follow along. The recipes and power foods were on point and the exercises in the back of the book were really easy and plenty helpful.

A great diet, a big weight loss dissapointment
I like this book very much. I like the eating plan. I honestly believe this to be a very healthy way to eat. A warning though the diet is higher in fiber so you will be visiting the bathroom quite regularly. In the first two week I lost a total of six pounds and I was very excited about that. The diet is easy. The recipes are not too difficult and they are quite delicious. The bad part is that I am on my fourth week and I have not lost a single pound. I have been holding steady at my present weight now for two weeks. It's not that I am cheating or eating to much because often times I am hungry. I power walk everyday for at least 45 minutes. I do 2 sets of 12 walking lunges three times a week. I have not been able to lift weights as I am recovering from a lifting injury. I do not know what I am doing wrong as there is no chapter that covers an inability to lose weight. So, in conclusion I like the diet. I knew it to good to be true. I will stick to it for the remainder of the six weeks. I want to see it to the end. I hope that in the two weeks left of this diet I will have lost some more weight.

impossible recipes
I found the book to be very informative -- I think the theory of toning muscles so that they burn calories is a good one. However, I found the recipes to be too much work. Too many ingredients. Great names though!
