A MUST READ!!
I have read through this book several times, as well as worked through the study guide that goes with it. The first time I read it was on my own, then I worked through it with a friend, then with others who were struggling with issues in their marriages or home situations. I can truly say that next to my Bible, this book has been a key to changing my life and the lives of many of my friends. I would highly recommend it to anyone ---teenagers through senior adults. We all need to go to the heart of the matter and tell ourselves the truth. For us to know and apply true wisdom, we must begin with the truth. This book will teach you how to do that. It's truly a "must read" for anyone who wants to walk in JOY each day.

Life Transforming
This book has really taught me a whole lot about myself. It helped me identify lies and misbeliefs that I had been telling myself for years!!!!!!! It passes every lie and misbelief and cuts straight to the truth. Which may hurt a little! But it is def life changing for those who are ready to stop living in deceit and get some control over their lives. I am very happy I read this book, it has def changed me in a good way, I am on my way to a more successful, peaceful and content life because now I am learning how to tell myself the truth instead of covering it up like I have been doing almost all my life. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this book if you are or even just 'think' you are anything like I use to be. If you even have one thought that maybe you need this book, then believe me YOU DO!!!!
