From start to finish this is a fabulous book full of self-evaluation, wisdom, and help for chronic SDB sufferers. For me there was something worth marking and noting on nearly every page. Some long standing issues were instantly relieved through understanding how my childhood traumas caused lifelong mental/emotional damage. Now I can see where to let go, improve, and overcome many painful things that have destroyed my life up to this point. Thank you for your insight and sensitivity.
