Shelly Meltzer

Shelly Meltzer is a registered dietician who qualified with a BSc Dip Ther Diet in 1986 and an MSc (Med) Nutrition and Dietetics in 1997. She heads the dietetic practice at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa, where she has worked with many development and elite athletes. She has written for various publications and presented at various conferences.
