If you are determined to develop muscles without going to a professional shop and paying a lot, this is your how-to book, and also if you have been training for muscle increase, and need ideas of how to chose alternative paths. I ignored the hyperbole that may be part of the protective colouring of a Navy SEAL instructor and went to work. So far the instructions and illustrations have been clear, and sore muscles have been forthcoming. I am convinced that the promises concerning muscle growth will be fulfilled, if I stick to the regimen. Line drawings and illustrated course plans ( perhaps as illustrated index cards ) would have earned my fifth star.
