Very Good, black cloth binding with gilt illustration on front board and gilt lettering and gilt decorative design on spine, some handling/scuff marks and some age spotting to boards, heavily deckled fore-edge and bottom text block edge, binding sturdy and intact, some age toning to pages, top text block edge a bit pulpy, in a Good Only, moderate handling/smudge marks to panels, sunned spine and verso, some discoloration to panels and flaps, large tear bit more than half spine, limitation number written on bottom spine, large tear bottom front panel, few smaller tears and chips along edges, 1 inch tear to front turn, Dust wrapper. In a Good Only, heavy discoloration and handling/scuff marks to boards, split at corners top and bottom, abrasions to spine, Slipcase.
