This book is indispensable in our vegan kitchen!! The info shared in this book is incredibly valuable for all foodies and/or holistic cooks/chefs. In depth healing qualities of every spice you've ever heard of, along with lovely spice mix recipes.
The only issue we have is that while the author claims he's vegetarian, some of his recipes are not. We find that really odd and not sure why he felt compelled to include them. We just ignore those.
Other than that, this book is an absolute treasure and I can't even imagine ever parting with our copy. So if you can get your hands on one, do it right away!
