This little book has so much information packed into it about herbs. To me it wasn't really a book about tea as much as it was about herbs. It doesn't tell you how to make each tea. It is fascinating to see what each herb can be used for. It is a great little book to learn about various herbs. I don't know about 20,000 secrets of teas though! I think it is a great beginners book to learn about herbs and how they can help you.
