Packaging and shipping were a little lackluster, but the quality of the book was nothing like as described. Instead of a 'very good' book, this copy suffers from a loose spine, a badly worn dust jacket and writing throughout. Disappointed, to be honest.

The condition of the book was incorrect. I received a defective book with pages missing. I had to pay to return it. I am very dissatisfied with the book and the response to my complaint.

BUYER BEWARE!! I received 2 out of 3 of the correct books. The 3rd took a long time to receive and was the wrong book. They sent a ?replacement,? but it?s STILL the wrong book. Now they say they have no more copies, yet 5 are listed on the website.

Would like to send a photo of the broken binding of the back of the book. Classified as "very good" condition is an incredibly over rated listing. I was concerned while reading that the hard cover might come off.

Very pleased with this book,in much better condition than the description.Amazed though that there was no packaging protection at all! A polythene bag is inadequate to protect an hardback book, lucky it arrived without damage.
