Es scheint so, als wandle sich das Best�ndige und als sei das einzig Best�ndige der Wandel. In diesem Zusammenhang fallen vielfach auch die Schlagw�rter des Strukturwandels und der (Umwelt-)Komplexit�t, denen Unternehmen und Organisationen vermehrt ausgesetzt seien. Der inflation�re Gebrauch der Begriffe des Strukturwandels und der Komplexit�t darf jedoch nicht dar�ber hinwegt�uschen, dass diese weder auf einer klaren Definition, noch auf einem einheitlichen Begriffsverst�ndnis beruhen. Vielmehr besteht Uneinigkeit hier�ber, so dass unter diesem Deckmantel h�ufig obige heterogene Vielfalt von Themen subsummiert wird, denen Organisationen und die Gesellschaft - mehr oder weniger - hilflos gegen�berstehen.Glaubt man der einschl�gigen Literatur, dann ist dies einer der Gr�nde daf�r, weshalb die Beratungsbranche in den letzten Jahren wie kaum ein anderer Wirtschaftssektor boomt und aus diesem nebul�sen Begriffs- und Themendschungel beachtliches Kapital schl�gt. N�hert man sich Organisationen und Unternehmen hingegen aus der Perspektive der neueren Systemtheorie und interessiert sich daf�r, wie Ver�nderungen durch Berater vonstatten gehen (k�nnen), erlangen die Begriffe der Komplexit�t und des Strukturwandels grundlegende Bedeutung.
