This is the first Julie Garwood novel I have read. I did not know it was part of a series until today. The book is good on its own; you don't have to have read the first three to enjoy this one. It is fast paced and keeps you guessing, very entertaining. I am definitely looking forward to reading the others in this series.

couldn't put it down
I loved this book. I actually read it in one sitting. The story kept me guessing as to who the culprit was. I even found myself laughing out loud at the dialogue. Julie Garwood made the characters come to life. This was the third book in the buchanan series that I read. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a great read.
