I make things with my hands ... including metal. I enjoy cooking and travel stories of those who took the time to get on a plane and dig out all the out of the way places and tourist traps described in this wonderful book. A life time achievement of a wonderful person.

Authentic chinese
this is one of my favorite cookbooks! I've tried several recipes in this book and they have all been relatively simple to make with ingredients that are relatively accessible. Improving the english compared to her first cookbook was also a big improvement and I found the info about care of wok's very interesting. can't say enough about this book.
