Another marvellous story of Roald Dahl. While reading, I found myself laughing out a loud. It was a sheer joy to read. You will be introduced to an arrogant Centipede who has great sense of humor and a Earthworm who is happy only when he's gloomy. And what a dialogue they have! Very relaxing and pleasant reading.

utterly delightful
I love all Roald Dahl, and this one is at the top of the list, along with The Witches, Matilda, and the BFG. It's so freely imagined, so spirited, so clever. A great read aloud for parents and children to enjoy together. Teachers: this is a great read aloud for the classroom as well.
