This book is certainly an interesting take on a classic story! That said, the syntax and vocabulary used make it an unlikely read for a child or younger student learning Latin. That isn't to say it's extremely difficult, but I found myself needing to pull out a dictionary every few sentences, and that's with several years of class and independent study! Fantastic read, perfect for the dedicated beginner or experienced novice!
