I ordered this book because of Marie Osmond's appearance and upbeat attitude on Dancing with the Stars TV show. I found the book to be to detailed and repetative, rather full of self-pity and, in fact, boring. I did not finish reading the book.

This book was extremely amazing!
I read this book as a mental health counselor to see if it would help clients that I work with suffering from clinical depression and especially post-partum depression. It gave great insight and allowed the reader to realize that they are not alone. This is a must read for all those who struggle with depression.
