Mr. Mallick is quite an aerospace pioneer, and his biography is related in this book. From his Navy days - through flying the XB-70 - to his management days with NASA. It's all there.
A fascinating history of the Golden Age of Test Flight and his flights that helped investigate new regimes.
Believe me when I tell you his 11,000+ hours in the air makes him one of the best.
His co author, Peter Merlin, has woven this tale in an articulate and easy to follow read. Job well done Peter.
