Solid textbook that provides a good foundation for enterpreneurs. Gets you thinking like a startup. Provides forms and checklists so you can go through the process of starting a business and seeking capital. Tends to be a little biased towards creating a potentially very large business and ignores the typical small biz, but you can still adapt many of the ideas.
