Excellent book. The title is a bit misleading since the contents are more about human resource management and leadership than general management. If you really think a manager can only spend 1 minute on any task you are quite mistaken. But if you want to know how to effectively lead people and make sure they are responsible, get this book. It's the best performance appraisal you'll ever give and get because it's regular and informative.
