a good laugh
This is very different from the 'Peter Principle' in that it was intended to appeal to the mass market . It takes newspaper clippings to show pompous officials tripping over their tongue because their brain was'nt engaged before opening their mouth. There is a small section of the book which is more serious ; this will appeal to the fans of the original book
