After becoming a Certified Cheese Professional with the American Cheese Society, Elena opened two cheese-focused retail operations in New York. She is currently a Sales Manager for Grafton Village Cheese Co. in Vermont, and at any given time can be found nibbling on one of the half dozen cheeses in her fridge.
