Eileen Clarke wrote "The Art of Wild Game Cooking" (with Sil Strung, which sold more than 100,000 copies), "The Venison Cookbook," "The Freshwater Fish Cookbook," "Classic Freshwater Fish Cooking," and "The Game Grill." She is an avid hunter and contributing editor to "Field & Stream" magazine. She lives with her husband, noted outdoor writer John Barsness, in Townsend, Montana.
