Although Charlie Trotter has a name for excellence and perfection, Paul Clarke doesn't. This book proves it.
The writing is really poor. Too many bullet points and a continues repetition of the same content from chapter to chapter makes it an impossle to read book.
I am a huge fan of Trotters, but I am sad to say that this book degrades everything this man has achived by its poor quality.
