Then Richardson brings it to a close with a soothing, yoga-inspired cool down. She promises that if this video is done religiously three or four days a week, it will result in thinner thighs in 30 days. No doubt this is true, but it would be even better to give the legs a bit of variation by cross-training -- alternating this tape with other types of cardio activities and, perhaps, weight training.
