The gift item arrived quickly and was probably as described before shipping. However, this hardcover book in a dust jacket was shipped in a flimsy paper envelope, which of course ripped open during transit. It is pure luck that it arrived at all.

Description "New" should be "Like New" or "Very Good." Dust jacket shelf worn edges, smudge marks on DJ needed erasing. Book itself "New" as described, pages crisp, clean, binding tight. Certainly acceptable for the price, happy to find this copy.

I ordered & paid for the book which never arrived. I reached out to find out was the status of the shipment of the book was & have yet to hear back from the seller. I am very disappointed in this seller. This is the first time this has happened to me.
