The book arrived in its packaging w/ 1/4 of the bottom right cover bent backwards. It was as though someone careless shoved the book into its box, felt the cover bending back and kept shoving.

I was sent the wrong book. Repeated attempts to have the correct book sent to me were unproductive; nor would the seller pay for return postage costs for the incorrect book. Shame on both ThriftBooks and Alibris.
