Extremely well-packaged book (tight brown paper wrapping on the inside, with sturdy corrugated cardboard exterior). Seller fixed an mistake I made (addressing error) and the book was still received quicker than expected. Book was in pristine condition.

Not received 4 weeks after ordering. Tracking not updated since item left original shipping point. Complained to seller, who replied that this is normal as USPS is overworked. If so, why is seller not using an alternative shipper?
