There is a chunk of pages missing from the middle of the book, the back cover has water damage along with a rip on the front cover, there is also writing on the outside of the pages when the book is closed. I tried contacting the seller with no success

While the book itself was not ripped, the inside was heavily highlighted and outlined making it a challenge to read. Really a bummer to have received the book this way.
