I got the book today. The book is not published 2006 as advertised. It is the 2003 version, This is important as there are meant to be corrections to errors in later editions.

Ordered on the 14th of May - Today is the 4th of July and it still hasn't arrived. I have placed other orders on Alibris since which have already been delivered, so I guess this isn't arriving. Not good.
