Plus, it doesn't forget that Simple Minds' classic was the theme song for a classic MTV-era movie (The Breakfast Club, in case you weren't there), so it culls the majority of these selections from soundtracks, all from the era. This does result in a couple of obscure selections, but these tunes are balanced by more popular songs that weren't on soundtracks.
