Somewhere in there, however, lies a whole decade of great dance music. Perhaps glossed over because of the really bad hair and fashion statements, the '80s, nevertheless, begat some awfully good booty-shaking tunes. From Snap's "Rhythm Is a Dancer" all the way through to "Gonna Make You Sweat" by C+C Music Factory, Energy for the 90's is the proof in the pudding of such offspring. Where else can you get "Hippychick," "Groove Is in the Heart," and "I'm Too Sexy" all in one? And more than likely, you really aren't in the market for an entire album by Right Said Fred.
