With the departure of multi-instrumentalist Ger O'Sullivan, the Mahones have adopted more of a roots or heartland rock style in the vein of Tom Petty or Mark Germino. In fact the opening track to Here Comes Lucky, "One Last Shot," sounds like a direct outtake from Germino's Radartown.
