Anyone interested in Arthur Smith should first check out Here Comes the Boogie Man, but for the unsatisfied, this is a decent second volume. It duplicates "Guitar Boogie" and "Boomerang" from Here Comes the Boogie Man, but a significant improvement in sound quality (due to better source material) makes them welcome. There's a handful of pretty funny vocal performances by Smith and some nice moments in "Be Bop Rag" and the jazzy "Twelfth Street Rag."
