This is a much sought after CD and changes hands for hundreds of dollars.......... Alibris found it for about twenty! Thanks! It is an exciting performance spoilt by artificial reverb that detracts from the live feel. For those who prefer the more outright jazz performances of MF's band I recommend Message From Birdland and especially Message from Newport as two of the greatest big band albums of all time.

Possibly.....
...the BEST album ever recorded. You must get this album! It's impossible not to LOVE this album. If you have this album in your house, you will be always be happy. Even if you're not a jazz or big band fan, you will love this record! 35 years later and it is still fresh, exciting and light-years better than most of the stuff on your ipod right now. Trust me!
