Although Baccara scored just two U.K. hits and none in America, the duo's mainland European fame was vast -- so much so that 11 tracks spread across a superlative "greatest-hits" disc can afford to omit one of the duo's best-ever singles, "Parlez-Vous Français?," in favor of others that English-speaking listeners might never have heard of.
