After two near near death experences / seeing God ( a Great Cameo by...) after pushing a girl out of the way of a car , he decides he has been givin a second chance as a Angel. He befriends Steve/ Elias Koteas/ a man in a wheelchair after a bar brawl, yep he is the one throwing the punches at the handicaped . Terry meets Steves sister Rose/ played by Linda Kozlowski / and decides to help them with their youth center.Terry is not Mick Dundee but they could be related in the way they deal with problems. The movie has a good message behind it and by the end you are not sure if Terry was really a Angel or not.
