Doesnt even come close to the 1977 version starring Kris Kristofferson and Barbra Streisand...of course Barbra s talents /singing ability would be hard to depose by anyone.
Story had similarities though different angles brought in in this one...still PALES in the light of aforementioned version.
Bradley Cooper played an amazing/believable character...as did Lady Gaga..and Sam Elliot ...not a wasted viewing for a movie in that respect.
