Small town America
Hoosiers is a wonderful story about a new basketball coach at Hickory High School who gets off on the wrong foot with the team, the team's supporters, school administration and the townspeople. But, he gave a little and they gave a little and when the team started to win, everyone in town followed the team all the way to the 1951 Indiana state high school basketball championship. A real tear jerker.
