Classy
Usefully broken up into sections for mix and match purposes, this is an all-over workout based on that done every day by the dancers of the New York City Ballet. There is both cardio and strength training here, from the warm up to floor barres to plies to jumps (and more). In particular the muscles that govern balance will be coaxed into use, and many small areas that I was never aware of before made themselves known to me during this workout.
You can also choose between classical music and contemporary compositions. This is worth adding to one's fitness DVD library.
