different enough from the book to be disappointing
I was so excited to get ths movie because the book is SO FANTASTIC, but I was disappointed by the movie. The storyline changes in some significant places (especially the ending). The animation is of low-quality. The backgrounds are detailed and beautiful, but anything that moves (i.e. characters) is drawn coursely and the movements are jerky. My husband and I did not enjoy it, but the kids LOVED it. I was glad for this because I bought it mostly for them :)
