All the film genres seemed to have had a spoof done of them but one, the Dinosaurs and primitive man kind. Then came this one. I do not think it could be done any better (unless they threw in a Nielsen play on words, but no one speaks english, oh,wait there is that one smart asian guy that does, but no one listens to him oh well). Still full of belly laughs as Ringo Starr goes about inventing battle helmets, battle axes, fire, wild animal tranquilizers, chiropracty, and folk music. He even toys with a wheel but gets nowhere with it.. Practically shot entirely outdoors in Mexico, the backdrops are breathtaking. The dialogue is gutteral except for that smart guy who could probably teach them, nah. The first sunnyside up egg is cooked in this one. This spoof is worth the couple of minutes to watch it.
