The story line of this movie is like a Grimm's fairy tile I once read. The king's daughters were dancing all night long unbeknownst to their father. Every night they would wear out their shoes dancing and thus need new shoes. In this movie, someone does not like this and is jealous of the girls so tries to interfere; however love and working together brings a happy ending to the story. Excellent movie!
