Bill was able to receive medical help hours later. Many times through his surgeries and rehabilitation, he asked God, "WHY?" Slowly but surely, God answered Bill's question. Bill began to see how God was using him to save lives, especially the lives of children. He began to realize why God placed people in his life to have him investigate crimes against children, develop programs and seminars, and write true-crime books to further educate people with the hope of saving more lives, especially children. Finally, as you read Bill's memoir, you will realize how all of the above was possible though God's intervention in 1/10,000th of a second.
