Partiendo de la identidad del nuevo ser humano que vive en fe, esperanza y amor, esta �tica expresa la libertad y responsabilidad del individuo y la iglesia. Se abordan temas centrales como, motivaciones �ticas, normas y formas del comportamiento, la conciencia, el juicio �tico, Biblia y �tica, el di�logo interdisciplinario, interreligioso e intercultural. La segunda parte de la obra acomete de manera ejemplar temas de la �tica pol�tica: los derechos humanos, Estado e iglesia, econom�a y medio ambiente.
