Die Untersuchung, die sich auf Interviews mit auf diesen Bereich spezialisierten medizinischen Ausbildern st�tzt, ergab eine zentrale These, die die entscheidende Bedeutung des medizinischen Ausbilders als F�hrer, Leiter und ethisches Vorbild im Ausbildungsprozess hervorhebt. Als Reaktion auf gemeinsame Herausforderungen, wie die Variabilit�t der klinischen Erfahrung und das Zeitmanagement, wurden adaptive und flexible Ans�tze als wirksame Strategien identifiziert.
