Einer dieser Autoren ist Hans M�ller-Braunschweig, der mit seinen Gedanken zum Einfluss der fr�hen Mutter-Kind-Beziehung auf die Disposition zu psychosomatischen Erkrankungen schon vor ca. drei�ig Jahren einen Einfluss auf die weitere Entwicklung nahm. Er nahm an, dass der averbale Dialog (Ren� Spitz) zwischen Mutter und Kind eine Grundlage f�r die weitere psychische Entwicklung, auf der sich u.a. die Objektbeziehungen, die Realit�tspr�fung und die M�glichkeit einer befriedigenden narzisstischen Regulation aufbauen. Er bezog dabei ausgesprochen experimentell ausgerichtete Untersuchungen, die in einem nicht psychoanalytischen Bezugsrahmen entstanden waren, in seine Reflektionen mit ein. Inzwischen hat die S�uglings- und Kleinkindforschung eine F�lle empirisch begr�ndeter Ergebnisse geliefert, die eine mangelnde psychophysische Belastbarkeit im sp�teren Leben und eine Anf�lligkeit f�r psychosomatische Symptome erkl�ren k�nnen. Interaktionsprozesse und der affektive Austausch zwischen Bezugsperson und Kind erm�glichen in den ersten Lebensmonaten die Grundregulation und f�hren zu Repr�sentanzen von Interaktionen, die die Basis f�r die sp�tere Bindungsqualit�t des Kindes bilden. Diese mutuelle Regulation des Mutter-Kind-Paares stellt die Grundlage f�r die selbstregulativen F�higkeit des sp�teren Erwachsenen dar, in unterschiedlichem Ausma�, auf verschiedenen Ebenen, sprachlich-symbolisch oder k�rperlich-psychosomatisch.
