Klaus Wolf und Bodo Runzheimer entwickeln, unter Einbeziehung der Balanced Scorecard, ein systematisch strukturiertes Konzept zum Aufbau eines Risikomanagementsystems. Sie stellen neben theoretischen Grundlagen unterschiedliche Instrumente der Risikoidentifikation, der Risikobewertung und -behandlung vor und demonstrieren ihre Anwendbarkeit anhand zahlreicher Beispiele. Ausf�hrliche Check- und Kontrolllisten erleichtern die Nutzbarkeit und die Umsetzung des vorgestellten Ansatzes. Neu aufgenommen in die f�nfte Auflage wurden die Grundlagen und einige wichtige Instrumente eines Compliance-Managements sowie die Monte-Carlo-Simulation als Methode zur Risikobewertung.
