Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Politik - Klima- und Umweltpolitik, Note: 1,0, Eberhard-Karls-Universit�t T�bingen (Fakult�t der Sozial- und Verhaltenswissenschaften, Institut f�r Politikwissenschaft ), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der Politikwissenschaft wird in den letzten Jahren immer wieder der Ansatz des Global Governance zur L�sung von transnationalen Problemen debattiert. In dieser Arbeit wird der Versuch unternommen, Machtasymmetrien als inhibierendem Faktor f�r die internationale Umweltkooperation im Bereich der Klimapolitik herauszustellen. Als theoretischem Ansatz wird mit der Regimetheorie respektive dem situationsstrukturellen Ansatz nach Z�rn gearbeitet, der aus der situativen Konstellation der Akteure zueinander Aussagen �ber die Kooperationswahrscheinlichkeit treffen kann. Als sekund�re Einflussfaktoren werden die Anteile der L�nder an den CO2-Emissionen sowie deren objektive und politische Betroffenheit ber�cksichtigt. Anschlie�end wird debattiert, inwiefern in der internationalen Umweltpolitik Potenziale f�r eine zuk�nftige Regulierung durch Global Governance existieren.
