After her husband is killed by a drunk driver, Kelly Harris and her son TJ move into a sprawling Victorian house in Ohio that her husband inherited from his grandmother. Dealing with her overwhelming grief is a struggle as she adjusts to life in a small town. And, just as she's beginning to feel more comfortable, life takes another unexpected turn. The Alexa unit in her son's bedroom starts to cry, and a little girl's voice comes out of it asking for help. At first Kelly is unnerved by the presence of the voice. After ruling out all the other likely possibilities, she begins to put the pieces together, and suspects the child is a ghost. Unwilling to be uprooted from another home, she decides to find out what the child wants. Maybe she can help. Kelly isn't the only one interested in the voice. Detective Rob Porter is investigating the disappearance of a child named Marilee. As the two cross paths, Porter is taken aback when Kelly's ghost mentions Marilee's name. In fact, the ghost says "Marilee's with me." Whether that means the child is a ghost as well is a question Rob and Kelly hope to answer.

I let your novel sit for a few days after I received it having
more to do than I had time. But after reading the first chapter
I couldnt put it down.
I had never read one of your novels before but this one, ââ?¬Å" Under
The Willows was highly recommended to me and after reading it I know why it was. I loved it.
I found it wonderful, read it in two nights staying up well after mid-night the second night to finish it. I was surprised by its crispness and its fun read.
I think you write 180 degrees from how most authors do. Most run on milking every paragraph detailing how each and everything looks and the end result is a waist of time reading through it.
You get what you want the reader to want, to see while slipping in
what he needed to know later. Thus a mystery is born. Mysteries
have to be solved and you let the reader swim until he is about to drown before you surprise us all with the more than clever ending.
From Ghosts to technology, from two girls missing not at the same time and even the cutest little boy to be the catalyst.
A great read for Teens to Old folks like myself your work will become not only a hot item but a must read. Keep them coming.
You have given me a problem though, now I have to go out and get the ones youve already written. Thank you. Review of Under the Willows
