very cute book
I read this to my preschool class on the 1st day of school. It is about a little racoon who is afraid to go to school, and his mother teaches him a little trick to help him be brave. Very cute story.

Sweet, Sweet Book
I ordered this for my granddaughter who started kindergarten. Little did I know they started the year out with this book in the classroom. What a sweet book to start school with and is even more special from grandma to my sweet granddaughter who missed her momma on the first day of school.

A must read for parents!
I love this book...it is a must read for any parent sending their child to school for the first time. In the story, Mama raccoon reassures Little raccoon that everything would be fine on his first day of school. If he started to miss her, she told him to press the kissed hand against his cheek. Though we can't always be with our children, a little kiss can be a powerful thing!
