What a wonderful description of life in a British school for boys. Geoffrey Willans' insight into the way boys think is superb. Then add the magnificent cartoons of Ronald Searle and you have a hilarious reminder of how good (or bad) school can be. I first read this many years ago and it's just as enjoyable today as it was then.
